Bus Wrap Digital Printing
We digitally print all the graphics here in-house. We
also wrap the vehicles ourselves, either here at our
facility in Hoosick Falls, NY (near Albany, NY) or at any
location throughout New England and the northeast. On most
occasions outside the northeast, we
work with a network of installers located throughout the US,
frequently arranging for installation services in any other
part of the country, thereby giving our clients full turnkey
print and install services.
All of our vehicle and fleet graphics are digitally
printed with solvent-based, exterior-grade, UV-resistant
inks. We use conformable, removable vinyl and perforated
window film from 3M, Avery, Flexcon, Arlon and others. All
images are overlaminated with a UV-resistant matte, satin
or gloss finish film (your choice) for additional protection
from fading, salt, sand, road grime and physical abrasion.
(We never use "liquid lamination" as it's a poor substitute
for a true film overlaminate.) Our prints are rated for 2 to
5 years exterior exposure with no fading, depending on your
needs and the materials and finishes that you specify when
ordering.
We can print resolutions as high as 1,440 dpi (dots per
square inch). However, 360 x 540 dpi is our standard output
for vehicle graphics. This is close to photo-realistic, even
when viewed close up. Please note that the quality of the
finished print can never exceed the quality of the artwork
supplied to us. Excellent artwork at the start of the
project in results in an excellent print on the vehicle!
We also produce temporary and removable vehicle graphics for
short-term applications, either digitally printed or cut
vinyl, including economy vinyl, removable vinyl,
static-cling vinyl and magnetic signs. With over 40 years
